Hi, I’m Nicole
Nicole is a proud Mexican-American YA author and poet who grew up in Northern California. She writes from her lived experiences growing up as the daughter of an addict, calling on her complicated family dynamics, struggles with mental health, and low socio-economic background in the hopes of providing representation for readers who have endured similar life stories.
Nicole is a 2026 Pushcart Prize nominee for her poem “EXHIBITION,” which appeared in Volume 67.1 of Touchstone Journal (Poetry Society of New Hampshire). Her work has also appeared or is forthcoming in The Sheepshead Review and The Bangalore Review.
She holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Western New England University and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the Newport MFA through Salve Regina University.
When she’s not obsessing over her current work-in-progress, you can probably find her sipping an iced americano at her favorite local coffee shop, rereading The Conspiracy of Us series, or binge-watching The Great British Bake Off.
She lives and writes in New Hampshire.
About her debut novel:
Everywhere, Everything
Nat Sullivan is done being the parent to her mother. Done with her constant failed sobriety attempts, done with her totally screwed up life in Modesto, California. Her only hope of starting over lies 3,000 miles away in Harborough, Maine, with the father she hasn’t seen since she was a baby.
But when Nat’s fear of rejection gets the better of her, she lands in Woodbury, Vermont, instead of Harborough, and into the lives of YouTube’s infamous “It” boys–the Thatcher Triplets. There’s Noah, the gay, oldest triplet, who serves as a surrogate parent to his brothers. Then, there’s Finley, the stoic, quiet brother whose intense gaze seems to see all of Nat’s secrets while hiding his own. And finally, there’s Theo–the charismatic, flirty triplet whose unserious nature challenges Nat’s rigid worldview while also deflecting the shared grief he and his brothers have been harboring.
However, as Nat and the Thatchers embark on a tumultuous road trip toward her estranged father, the group must confront more than a deepening love triangle when childhood traumas and unhealed wounds resurface. Can Nat finally let her walls down and risk her heart? Or will she hurt the boys before they can hurt her?

Advanced Reader Praise for
Everywhere, Everything
“From the beginning, I was invested in Natalia’s situation. What I love about her is that she is tough, sensitive, a little reactive sometimes, but careful in all of her decisions. The way she thinks and behaves, in the context of her relationship and life with her mother and her father’s abandonment of her, makes total sense, especially for an eighteen-year-old girl.”
— I. Strazza“I ended up seeing Nat the same way I see myself: as the “angry daughter.” Her anger is grief in disguise, and she uses it as a form of protection, not just destruction…It really is a piece of art. I loved it more than I can put into words.”
— S. Hurley“I was hooked. I couldn’t stop reading it. I love how relatable Natalia is in different aspects of her personality.”
— E. Kelly“Writing is a way to heal and understand the world around me. It’s not just about telling a story – it’s about adding my voice to the literary world and making sure it’s heard.”
